Annie Fulton is a real estate developer and strategist who founded SixtyOne Degrees Development to reimagine how spaces are conceived, built, and experienced. Her approach is rooted in the belief that development is not just about structures–it’s about people.
With development experience at such leading firms as Greystar and Clark Construction, Annie brings institutional rigor and a human-centered mindset to deliver projects that elevate both lives and landscapes.
At 61d, Annie leads with intention and integrity, combining visionary thinking with disciplined execution. She is known for her ability to bridge the big picture and the smallest detail, ensuring that every space serves its users while delivering long-term value. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to doing things the right way: with purpose, partnership, and pride in the built environment.
Annie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Architectural Studies from the University of Arkansas, where she graduated magna cum laude.
